Diaper Service

How do I get started?

Fill out the Inquiry form or call us at 541-753-0534.  I will schedule an initial visit to demonstrate how to use cloth diapers and go over any questions you might have. This will also be a good time to choose a convenient drop-off location and put you on the calendar for service.

Your start-up payment will be due with your first delivery of diapers.  If you are still expecting, we will arrange to deliver everything you need at least two weeks before your due date.  Just call us when your baby arrives, and your regular weekly service will begin.

About the Diaper Service

Baby Go Lucky provides a weekly exchange of cloth diapers to your home or chosen location.  As you change your baby during the week, collect the dirty diapers in the provided diaper hamper.

Since I deliver along a scheduled route, every Wednesday afternoon, evening time, please be sure to set the diaper bags out in plenty of time for pickup.  Changes in service (such as an upcoming vacation, or next size up needed in diapers or covers) can be arranged at any time via phone or email.  Following the initial service payment, customers will be invoiced monthly.

80/week newborn, 70/week infant, 60/week premium – same rate for all sizes.

Is there a startup fee?

No, unless you cancel early before four weeks.

Running out of diapers?

If you are running out of diapers before your delivery day, please call or email us to increase your supply.

Forgot to leave out soiled diapers?

We will still leave your clean bundle for you.  Just give us a call, and we’ll arrange to come back out, first time is complimentary.  Or, you can deliver them to BGL within one day.

Need more diaper capacity at night?

1.  Double up: put one prefold on top of the other.

2.  Ask for the next size up prefolds for night use.

3.  Add a cloth doubler, see online store – only the large size in available.

Leaving for Vacation?

If you will be away on vacation and wish to temporarily suspend service, please call or email me at holly@babygolucky.com.  There will be no service charge for the time you are away.

What if I have lost or damaged diapers?

Diapers damaged or lost during your rental time will be charged to you at a rate of $1.25 each.

My child has begun to eat solids

If your child is eating solids, shake the poopy diaper over toilet as this will reduce hamper odor and diaper staining.  No need to spray or soak diapers!

The hamper is smelly

We include a deodorizing citrus circle with the start up kit.  I will provide new ones on request.  Baking powder can also help neutralize odors, sprinkled liberally into the diapers.  Also, my favorite is to put some tea tree oil on a washcloth and put it next to the hamper.

Last Service Day?

On the last service day, please returned all clean and dirty diapers.  This way we will get a full count of diapers returned.  And thank you for using Baby Go Lucky Diaper Service.  BGL has prefolds, covers, wipes, etc. on our Online Store – Products (up and coming).
